Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of each item and range from £20 to £100. All delivery charges are clearly shown on each product page.

If your delivery involves stairs, difficult access, remote areas, or you require express delivery, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange to inspect the item and aim to carry out any necessary repairs within 2–4 weeks.


International Shipping
